ChemValve-Schmid AG, founded in 1993, develops & produces high-quality valves in Welschenrohr in the Swiss Jura mountains. The company, based in a region that has been at the forefront of world watchmaking development & production for over a century, has developed & specialised into one of the leading manufacturers of PTFE-lined industrial valves in Europe.

New, innovative products & increasing in-house manufacturing capabilities help to grow sales & employee numbers. Production, assembly & office space has expanded over the years to over 3600 m². In addition to the headquarters in Welschenrohr, ChemValve-Schmid employs a number of international staff around the globe.

Active in more than 60 countries, our carefully developed network of long-term sales partners supports customers from a wide range of industrial sectors. ChemValve-Schmid explicitly relies on the qualified consultants & sound expert knowledge of the locally established companies we work with.

ChemValve-Schmid takes responsibility for people and the environment. Strategic suppliers for important components are only appointed after personal visits and on-site inspections of production and working conditions have been conducted.
